Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
By default, our standard rates assume you provide basic equipment (mop, broom, bucket) and liquids. However, we can bring our own professional supplies for a small additional fee. You can select this option during checkout.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not necessarily! Many clients leave a key or gate code in the "Access Notes" section when booking. We are vetted professionals, so your home is safe with us.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean or address the issue immediately.
How do I pay?
We accept secure online payments (EFT/Card) via our booking platform. For recurring clients, we can set up automated monthly invoicing.
